This unique shuttle was developed to save our fingers. In weaving the baskets it is easier to wrap back with the wool or fabric in this shuttle, than your fingers.
Handmade in Montana from oak.
Each shuttle is unique do to the grain of the oak.
It fits in the palm of your hand making the wool wrapped or fabric wrapped baskets a breeze to make. Again, the more you use your shuttle with the wool the prettier the shuttle.

Handmade Oak Crochet Hooks, Sm, Med, Lg

These Hooks not only serve a purpose for crocheting beautiful wool or fabric rugs…..they are a beautiful display item for any craft room.
Each hook is unique do to the difference in the grain of the oak. The more you use your hook with the wool the prettier the oak.
The throat of the hooks are wider to accommodate much bulkier fabrics and wool.
The small hook works really well for the shirt weight wool or lightweight fabrics.
Our med hook is perfect for the medium weight wool or heavier fabrics like denim and corduroy. Also, it works well for those of you that crochet your stitches to loosely.
Our large hook is perfect for the heavy weight wool or the shaggy wool. Again, it works well on the heavier fabrics or if you crochet really tight.

- SM: 3/4″ x 12″
- Med: 1″ x 12″
- Lg: 1 1/4″ x 12″
Helpful Hint: If you can fit your index finger between the hook and your textile, your stitches will be the right size to fit the hook in the next row.
Wool Basket: Welt Cord - 16/32 Round

Welt Cord is used for our Wool coiled baskets. Whether your making a large project basket or a small rectangle basket for your catch all on your dresser, we have found this to be the best size and firmness.
This welt cord is much easier on your hands than using rope and is firmer than using a large soft welt cord.
Amounts needed for making baskets vary with the size of basket your making. We will try to help you with the estimations anytime you ask.
Project Basket needs : 38-39 yards of welt cord
Small Catch All Basket needs: 13 - 14 yards of welt cord
Price: $.75 cents per yard
