New Project – Felted Soap
I'm always looking for new things that I can offer in a workshop, and ideas for using every bit of the salvage wool that we "up-cycle" from Pendleton Woolen Mills when we clean up and spin into center pull skeins. One of my dear friends gave me an idea - it's not a new idea but not one that I have previously associated with Fuzzie Wuzzie. This is what is cut off of the Pendleton wool blankets and fabrics and is considered a waste product. Here at Fuzzie Wuzzie Wool Rugs we order in many, many pounds of the wool. We separate the medium weight from the heavy weight. We then remove all excess strings and lint, then spin into center pull skein for your using pleasure.
